This website is owned and operated by TICH as "SHOPTICH" (or “we” or “us” or “our”). By entering, accessing or using our website in any way, you agree to comply with the following Website terms and conditions of use, Privacy Policy, and our Returns Policy (collectively our “Website Conditions”), as well as any other laws or regulations which apply to this website. In addition, when you make an enquiry or order any products or services through this website, you will do so subject to the terms and conditions on this page, as set out in our online customer terms & conditions, subject to all our other website conditions and such further terms and conditions as may be notified to you. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the website conditions and agree to be bound by them. However, if you do not or cannot accept our website conditions in totality and without modification, you must stop using our website immediately.

We may revise and update our website conditions at any time and your continued usage of this website means you accept those changes. While TICH aims to ensure that the information in this website is correct, sometimes errors do occur, for which we apologize. Please refer back to these website terms & conditions of use from time to time so that you are aware of the revised and current terms and conditions.

The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees.

By indicating user's acceptance to purchase any product or service offered on the site, the user is obligated to complete such transactions. Users shall prohibit from indicating its acceptance to purchase products and services where it does not intend to complete such transactions.

In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. TICH will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - PRIVACY POLICY

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in other site promotions.

When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, date of birth, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. We use browser cookies to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors to our websites. We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, browse the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways: To quickly and securely process transactions. To administer promotions, surveys or other site features. To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests. If you have opted-in to receive our e-mails and newsletters, we may send you periodic e-mails. If you would no longer like to receive TICH e-mails or newsletters, please free to unsubscribe via the option below each mailer. Visitors who register or participate in other site features such as marketing programs will be given a choice whether they would like to be on our e-mail list and receive e-mail communications from us.

RETURN POLICY

We acknowledge return of products only limited to online sales via the TICH website. However, no refund will be provided, as only store credits are applicable as a refund.

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else TICH will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, the customer will have to write in to tich.india@gmail.com and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage from our end and repair the merchandise in entirety.

ALL couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. TICH will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.

In keeping with our efforst towards sustainable practices, cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – locks, studs, screws , buckles, straps - we will repair them provided they are sent back to us. Please note, damaged products specific to repair will have to be couriered back to our warehouse wherein all costs will be borne by the customer themselves.

NOTE: Color variation cannot be subject to rejection of goods or merchandise. Scratches and marks on the leather surface are a part of the characteristics of the material. They do not qualify as defects. This can happen due to use over a period of time which enhances the look and feel of the product, adding to its vintage appeal. Some types of leather might have a slight patina on the surface due to usage and is the quality of the leather. Products are only designed seeing and keeping in mind all the above mentioned factors. Marks are common on leather as no two skins are the same. Please note, these are NOT considered as defects or rejects.
